- Users will be contacted by a staff member with an estimated time and cost for users’ approval prior to printing.
- No refunds will be permitted for printouts. Users will not be charged for printouts that fail to fully print due to printer malfunction.
- Payment is due upon retrieving your printed project. All orders must be paid for in cash at the Circulation Desk.
Print Retrieval

- Print completion dates are not guaranteed.
- To preserve the best quality and freshness of Edible Art, prints must be retrieved within 3 days of notification of completion. Items that are not retrieved within 3 days become the property of the Library and unpaid charges will be applied to the patron’s library account.

Design Requirements for Successful Printing
- The Edible Art printer can print designs 8.5” x 10.75”—the equivalent of a 1/4 sheet cake.
- If multiple images are needed on an 8.5” x 10.75” sheet, it must be uploaded already sized & ready to print. Images will be printed exactly as submitted; staff will not edit or resize.
- If your file submission is larger than 50mb, please email thespace@cplib.org to arrange submitting using an alternate method.
- Please note: Due to the limitations of edible printing technology, print quality may not match that of standard ink printers, and color variations from the original image may occur.
